Since 10. October 2006, Slovakia may use services of its first Notified Body for the European directive on measuring instruments (MID)
Since 2004 Slovak legal metrology as notified body No 1432 assesses the non-automatic weighing instruments conformity according to Act No 264/1999 Coll. on technical requirements on products, on conformity assessment and on amendments and supplementing of some acts as later amended, as well as in accordance with the Slovak government Ordinance No 399/1999 Coll. as amended by Slovak government Ordinance No 150/2002 Coll. (Council Directive 90/384/EEC).....
